All senior citizens are invited
to come for a meal in the church hall on the first Wednesday of each
month at 12.30pm.
A tradional two course English meal followed
by tea or coffee is provided for £3.
Examples of menus:
Chicken caserole, Steak and Kidney pie, roast, shepherds pie, and
Christmas dinner.
Choice of sweet, eg apple pie, cheesecake, trifle, fresh fruit salad.
A short "thought for the day" is
shared at the end of the meal, and a bring and by stall is available.
Ideal way of making new friends and meeting
new ones.
Transport can usually be arranged if needed.
